It’s a funk fiesta! Global Beats & Eats returns to Marangaroo’s Paloma Park on Saturday 21 March, with six-time ARIA nominee and triple j favourite Thelma Plum headlining a sizzling buffet of roots, pop and indie beats.
Plus, roving performances, a fleet of food trucks, activities for the kids and more!
Tickets are free but essential! Remaining tickets will be released to the general public 9am, Monday 2nd March 2020. Be sure to book early to avoid disappointment!

When hunger starts to set in, a fleet of food trucks will offer a whole world of flavour, from wood-fired pizzas to Dutch pancakes and Asian fusion. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options will be available. Please visit www.wanneroo.wa.gov.au/gbe for a list of food vendors.

The Global Beats and Eats festival is free, however, tickets are essential.
There is a maximum of four (4) adult and six (6) child tickets per residential address. NOTE: children 12 years and younger require a child ticket and must be accompanied by a guardian.
Multiple registrations are not accepted and will be subject to cancellation.
Only those registering for first release tickets need to be residents of the City of Wanneroo. You are able to bring guests from outside the City, however please ensure you arrive together on the day of the event.
Your tickets will be automatically emailed to you. Please ensure you print out your tickets or have them available to display on your smart phone at the entry gate along with your photo ID and proof of City of Wanneroo residency.
If you have obtained tickets and can no longer attend, please cancel them in order to allow others to attend. Tickets are non-transferable.
If you require assistance with obtaining your tickets please feel free to visit the friendly staff at any City of Wanneroo branch Libraries. They will be able to help you register and print out your tickets.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There will be designated parking areas at Paloma Park South, Shelvock Park, John Maloney Park West and Alexander Heights Shopping Centre. We anticipate car parks will fill quickly so consider carpooling or catching public transport. There will be a free shuttle bus running from Shelvock Park and John Maloney Park West. Full details will be emailed to ticket holders prior to the event.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Alcohol - This is an alcohol and smoke free event - security will be conducting bag checks upon entry.
No glass - This includes drink bottles and glasses, jars, or any other containers or items made of glass.
Metal Cutlery - All metal cutlery is strictly forbidden to be brought into the venue, this includes cheese knives. Disposable wooden and plastic cutlery is permitted.
Umbrellas - All umbrellas are strictly forbidden at the event.
Seating - You are welcome to bring a small picnic rug and/or fold up camping chairs. There will be designated ‘seating’ areas for picnic rugs and low and high-back chairs. Please be mindful to not block the view of others around you. Tents, large items of furniture and inflatable furniture are prohibited at this event.
